Camping season is upon us! Keep your scouts active this summer. We are working on the fall recruitment and roundup calendar. Look for ways to promote scouting at your schools. Open house nights as we start school are a great place to introduce scouting to new parents. Let me know if I can provide materials or information to help you. The district calendar for 2020 is very near finalization. I have shared at roundtable and will email it to your unit leaders very soon. Next year will be different in Scouts BSA side with area camporees and a Council Jamboree in the fall. Instead of our Spring Camporee for Cub Scouts, we will participate in Latimer Cub and Family. Use these calendars to plan your year and let me know if there are any questions. We are working to get every unit fully trained.
